Donāt use this service, I get that itās a Friday but I ordered a pen cartridge battery and was ok with waiting a few. Theyāre not very communicative about ETA or anything like that, I had to continue asking for updates but they were always inaccurate, and when I asked what the hold up was they told me they were two minutes away but they didnāt actually pack my order at all so I wouldnāt be getting the battery I ordered, just a preroll gift. And that if I wanted them to retrieve my correct package Iād have to wait another 2 hoursā¦ Wouldāve been worth the wait if Iād received what I asked for in the first placeā¦ Really disappointing service, 0/10 would recommend never have dealt with such unprofessionalism from a company in my life. Iām an understanding person but they couldāve easily made this right but instead I just got hung up on. Never buy from this place.
