Great bud and customer service. I received the wrong bud (honest mistake, even I didn’t notice literally until I smoked it.) I had assumed since I opened the package and had tried some, I was out the cash, but caked to find out. They offered to send someone immediately with the right product for a swap. The amazing budtender on the phone also took the time to find the strain I needed. Yeah, it’s great to smoke and chill, but I use medical marijuana because of a variety of pretty bad autoimmune disorders. I’m in a lot of pain, I’m tube fed and nauseous often, and insomnia from the combo is real. All of that can also make me anxious. I know what strains work for symptoms I’m having. Their willingness to get me the right strain wasn’t just about something I wanted, I needed it, but they didn’t know that, they just made it right. Thanks guys, my back is releasing without me needing a nap. I’ll be back!

NOT WORTH IT! LATE delivery 2.5+ hours AND no communication or accountability, when Delivery was stated to be 30-60. I received no call or updates regarding my order at any point (order placement, processing, delivery), and when I called at the 60 min and again at 120 min mark they didn’t offer a solution, remedy, or even issue an apology until asked for one. Consequently messed up my entire afternoon plans and reservations. I would have gone with another vendor had the delivery window been stated to be so long, but 2.5 hours+ to go less than 2 miles is crazy. Seriously: 1/5 stars.
