Been ordering from them for almost a year and have been a mostly happy customer. However, they started giving out prerolls as a gift back in like June or July that were 100% fake DELTA 9 flower with zero THC effects. Yesterday, I placed an order with the them. They called me right away and said they didn’t have what I ordered but would give me 2 ounces instead (I had ordered 1 ounce). I asked if it was the same company and quality of flower and they said yes. After I get my delivery, I open the bags and NO WEED SMELL. THE WEED WAS FAKE DELTA 9 WEED WITH ZERO THC effects. Called them and the same guy who called me earlier answered and refused to give me a refund or exchange for weed with actual THC like I ordered. SCAM ARTISTS AND THE OWNER IS A SCUMBAG.
