Absolutely terrible service. Please do not buy from this company. We have about three. We have several times before. this is never happened where they have not received our payment. The second the driver pulls up. He says his supervisor didn’t receive the payment for the delivery. We then spent about an hour going back-and-forth with the supervisor on how to get the payment to her. So we can retrieve our package. She then had to send the full amount to a separate email that was linked to the same Zelle that we sent the money to before the second. The driver pulled away. He stated that they had initially got the first payment we had sent for our package. They had stated they would send the refund for the original payment ASAP. That is not what happened whatsoever. The next day I called them because I had still not received the refund, and they were trying to cover their own butts. If you want your package quickly , & not spending extra money. Please do not buy from this company.
