So, normally I like to go to the shops ( like Blockbusters back in the day - Like to get to know the vibe of the people and talk about the merch ) - tonight, I decided let me try delivery …( I placed my order - hassle free ) - I was able to receive a text about an order they couldn’t fill - discussed a replacement option and boy did they deliver ! ( the entire process time to start to finish was about 45 minutes ) back in the day - 2 to 3 hours was when you finally received your merch ….( nope not the Deli Boys ) - Also the deliver driver was nice and friendly, I was able to easily process ! The best part was I explained I was a SATIVA ONLY TYPE …( and when I received my free gift for my order - it also came as a SATIVA - freebie ! ). That’s some service ! That’s making a difference in just how you gain returning customers ! Thank you Deli Boys - JOB WELL DONE !
