Their communication needs work if they’re delivery service, they should be going to your doorstep because that was actually California law when it comes to cannabis. Additionally, if you have a customer who is disabled, it defeats the purpose of having a delivery. Other than that it was great thank you

Were sorry you felt uncomfortable submitting a selfie with your ID to verify your identity with us for your first purchase. We request this information for ALL first time users so we can assure the person submitting the order is 1) Not a Minor and 2) Verifying the ID belongs to the person ordering. When going to a dispensary you have to show your ID and delivery has the same set of rules.
