I will not be doing business with Crystal Nugs again. Their page says they take orders until 8:00pm and I placed my order at 7:40pm. I selected to receive the order ASAP under the impression I would receive it the same day. Received an order confirmation and an update that said my order is on the way. Waited until 11pm and there was zero communication from Crystal Nugs. I attempted to text and email but got no response. The next morning, I received a text asking my name and then was told I would receive it between 9:00-11:30am. I expressed my frustration about waiting up late for the order that was never coming and spoke to a manager, I believe her name is Candace. Candace got very defensive and had no sympathy when I had to explain all over again what had happened. Instead of understanding my frustration, she herself got upset and told me she was just going to cancel my order. I have spent a lot of money at Crystal Nugs over time and was treated like an inconvenience. Never again.

Great new local option, excellent customer service
I was lucky enough to find Crystal Nugs a week or so ago and I've been slacking on leaving a review for such a great company. They were incredibly easy to get set up with, super rapid response and even in the later evening (6pm+) I was able to get set up for a delivery effortlessly, utilized their first timer discount, had a flawless delivery experience and was very happy to get to talk with the budtender/dispatch/customer service who informed me they're looking into carrying PlugPlay, one of my favorite brand lines. Can't wait to use them exclusively, they make it easy and I haven't seen a single product that's overpriced above the local norm, and infact several under the normal price range. Require a piece of mail to verify address. No other company does this. Rude customer support. No heads up that the delivery driver is on the way. When I chase for an ETA I was told I'm 2 stops away. That can mean 15 mins or 2 hours. Driver shows up while I'm in the middle of dinner. Not drivers fault, it's management. I hate leaving negative reviews for anyone. If you're reading this I urge you to try them and witness the incompetence first hand. And before they respond, yes I did reach out to your team which prompted me to write this.

They’re delivery only and when you call them, the answer the phone saying you have to place the order online. Not everybody can do online orders, they didn’t even tell me what the website was. It’s unfortunate. They’re the only ones that have the strain I like, but I can’t do business with them.

I have never had a problem with any delivery service and I've ordered from pretty much all. After having my proper home address on my ID and being above the age of 21, they asked me for a piece of my mail with my address on it which I shred for security reasons. Won't serve you without that piece of info. Order from a different delivery. Invasion of privacy and unnecessary requests for first time customers. All other deliveries request selfie with ID.
