Placed an order by the 8pm cutoff. No where was I advised it would be next day delivery, even after a confirmation text exchange occurred. I stayed awake until 10:30pm and finally gave up. Received a text the next morning stating my order was 10 minutes out. I wasn’t even home? I had to reschedule the delivery for later that day. No text stating the driver was near, just a ring to our doorbell. We were looking forward to the 7 Leaves brand of flower, as it’s harder to find. It was super dry. Disappointing to say the least. Sadly I won’t use this company again.

Status updates never changed

I'm not sure if the dispensary didn't update the status of my order in progress or if it was a Weed map issue. My order never goy past processing. After 90 minutes and refreshing my browser the driver showed up but the status never changed. It's hard to plan around not knowing anything.

Ordered 2 8ths and they delivered 2 1 gram joints. I called and they were incredibly unprofessional...said it was a mixup with weedmaps and they wouldnt do anything to compensate me....rude girl answered phone. Theres a dispensary delivery every block...who needs these fraudulent practices. Got mad at me for having a problem with that. Silly children.

My total was $96.93. I went to the ATM & pulled out $120. It was folded in one stack. When I went to pay for the items I wasn’t thinking about the additional $20 I pulled out & needed for later. I handed him the cash, asked if I needed change I said no, $3 tip. But he got a $23 tip! And when I realized it (because there wasn’t an additional $20 in my wallet) I text the driver & calked the main line. Got a text message to text the situation. I explained what happened. Driver said he only got $100 from me (incorrect). He said he gets plenty of $20+ tips …really? The manager Jamie said they can’t prove this happened and I sent her the screen shot of my withdrawal. I didn’t spend money anywhere else today from the time I ordered & the time I received it. She said the best she could do is 10% off my next order? Really? Just poor customer service all the way around. I will never order from here again & lesson learned, count your cash before you hand it over.

Didn’t receive promotion

Added a $1 preroll to the order and it wasn’t showing discounted on total so I messaged CN And they told me that the discount had been applied so I paid for the order and when I received the order, the discount had not been applied so I sent a screenshot of the receipt to ask about it and seven hours later have not received a response. I sent another text message and still have no response and I spent $200 on this order. Poor communication and customer service.
