Slurricane is unlike another strain I've tried. High potency, sleepy effects, and this unique smooth cooling feeling when smoked. Great indica. Will get again. Pink Certz hybrid was great as well. It had a slow release high for me which made it great while working.

Firstly, it says 30-60 min delivery but took over two hours to get to me… apparently “your order is on the way” is an acceptable response when a customer asks for an ETA. not to mention got my order wrong. received something i don’t even know how to use, since it was advertised as a completely different product. So much for trying to support🤝🏾✌🏾

If I could take stars away I would. Did a mobile order and drove from Rancho Cordova to Jst for a Heavy Hitters - White Widow Cartridge - [1g] HybridHeavy Hitters. My first time here I was excited I got up the steps after a long drive and the lady at the counter says “we don’t have any.” I say “it showed 3 on the website and my order was complete on both an email and the site.” She pretends to get a manager, Nard comes up and says “do u want anything else” zero empathy, zero offer of an alternative item. He even says “you don’t have to shop here, you can go somewhere else.” Wow, great first experience. Don’t come here if you are used to great places like Toasties or Vibe. This place is unprofessional and will not even give u a courtesy call if their product is out. Wasted gas and time, do not come to Crystal NUGS.

This dispensary claims to accept delivery orders until 8:30 pm. I’ve had 2 deliveries that I ordered from this place around 7:30 pm on separate occasions get cancelled almost an hour after the dispensary confirmed my order was received and would be delivered. Both times they said they “unfortunately couldn’t get to it tonight as initially expected”. All I can think when I read that is yeah what’s really unfortunate is now I’m dry for the night because it’s too late to try to order from an alternative dispensary. If they had just admitted they were too busy or short staffed when I ordered, I would’ve had time to order my selected items from someone else before they closed. It’s really frustrating when you’re out of tree, are really looking forward to receiving tree from someone who confirmed that they would come through, and then they bail without giving AF. Makes me feel like it’s 09 again and I’m buying from the shady dude who makes you wait at the Walmart parking lot and then never pulls up smh.
