Best Pricing for PlugPlay in SFV, great service

From what I can find, Chyll now has the best pricing for PlugPlay carts in my area of the SFV. I am not a recreational smoker/suffer from moderate-severe chronic illnesses and have to budget very carefully to afford my meds - their current pricing made the difference between whether or not I could afford the THC I needed for my chronic pain management. I was a loyal customer for a long time, but their lack of customer service and appreciation completely turned me off. I tried using a $25 discount code after losing access to my old account, and instead of handling it professionally, they responded with “nice try,” like I was trying to scam them over $25. If the code wasn’t valid, why was it accepted and why was I asked to send payment via Zelle? I’ve spent thousands with this delivery service, so I had no reason to complain until now. They also quietly removed their $69 ounce option and now only list $40 half ounces, while still allowing multiple purchases—basically nickel-and-diming customers. As for the product, much of the flower I’ve tried doesn’t pass quality standards. It often seems poorly flushed and possibly pesticide-heavy. You can tell immediately when smoking—harsh hits and black ash are common. Some batches are decent, but many are disappointing. I’ve grown before, and this isn’t it.
