Ordering product online is still weird to me and it's important to enjoy the process. The gentleman here gets out of the car, shakes my hand, is friendly and patient. I actually look forward to ordering because I know someone won't drive up in a blacked out civic being grumpy and sketchy lol. The speed is wild too. Both times he was at my house in under 10 minutes. Can't beat it.
