I’ve ordered from here a few times before but today I purchased a qauter of two different strains and one of the strains which was cherry gas was all dried up and did not look like the picture on Weedmaps

After ordering from this company for the last year I sadly will never order again due to the lack of customer service displayed by this company. Had an issue which required a manager and the “owner” calls me to explain how I am the reason for the issue and that they should be charging me an additional fee for another delivery. Then in the same call tells me there was a shift change and the driver had to leave so he could get back to clock out on time. I will never order from here again. There are 100+ other companies that will value your time/money and not treat you as if you are wasting their time with a delivery job

First the $60 eighth was ok(cypress og),nothing special. If it's 60 dollars it should be very good weed, I thought,,No biggie BUT the other 2 I got (dime bag cake & country farms ice cream cake)were literally untrimmed with hella stems and shade leaves attached with zero trichomes on that part . The dime bag looked absolutely nothing like what's pictured... luckily the service was good or I'd really be pissed off. I guess luckily I didn't spend too much But now I'm totally untrusting on what's presented online so that sux...

The fastest delivery... ever
first and foremost, this was my first time using CC and it was awesome. I've used 2 other places on weedmaps and both times I had to wait well over 2 hours both times. Kim was super friendly setting up my order and contacting me immediately. and I felt like my driver was contacting not too long after that . Ben dropped off my delivery , gave me some great info and seemed like an awesome employee. anyways I think the whole thing took maybe an hour.. an hour in 15 minutes and I was super happy with the quality of my flower and cartridge. I'd for sure recommend CC to anyone looking for friendly, fast service with great product.

Today was my first experience with canna-courier and there was a minor mix up and I wasn't paying attention to what I was doing. They corrected the mix up really fast and I'm super happy with them!
