THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! If I could give them zero stars, I would. My order was TWO AND A HALF HOURS LATE!!! The staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful. All around terrible experience.

Not delivered anywhere close to what they said. I’m STILL waiting. And I called the store and they rushed me off the phone. Didn’t even ask what my order was. Horrible.

To be totally fair, the business is actually quite good. They have a nice selection, possibly the best on Long Island. And aside from a select few workers, most are fantastic( especially given the fact NOBODY was trained prior to starting the job on ANYTHING) , and the shop itself is beautiful. Why this place gets 1 star is because The owners entered the business with a model created around customer satisfaction. Then for whatever reason, they decided when the money started rolling in that they weren’t satisfied. If you return a product whether it be a hardware defect or product defect, they will go in the budtenders samples given to management which are exclusively for budtenders to be able to speak from experience to customers and not for consumer sale. Then, so they don’t have to affect their numbers or inventory or anything, they just straight up hand the samples to the cusfomer in return for the product. Then return the product to manufacturer for a second payment.
