Unresponsive and late without communication

I ordered at 2pm today and the earliest window I could get was 3-5 through the app which considering time of the order that was understandable but never any communication other than text confirming. What is unacceptable is the fact it’s now almost 7 and the number listed is disconnected as well as no response through email. Leaving a bad review as a last effort for communication but at this point they just lost my business on my first transaction. Thank god I didn’t pay yet!
