If you are looking for a discreet drop off, BEWARE of this place! I asked for a curbside drop off, because people in my house sleep early, and there are 2 loud and barking dogs when doorbells are rung. Not only did I not receive ANY tracking info to let me know how close the driver was, but as soon as he got here, he came right up and rang the doorbell. which caused HAVOC in my residence. Many upset people because of this. And I sent a curtesy message to the company explaining what happened, and no one ever bothered to respond. I will not be ordering from here again and will tell everyone I know about this experience. If you need a discreet service, this is NOT it!!!!!

I placed an order at 8:30 PM called the store at nine. They said it would be on the way at 10 it is 1050 which I have work tomorrow morning and stayed up and did not receive my order which was a waste of my time and trust now with this company.

I placed my order at 8:20. I did not receive my order till after 11:30. and for me to be a first time customer, I definitely wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for a fast delivery.

Went to claim my lucid id reward points off my rove vape cartridges i just bought and it said both of the rewards had already been claimed. Someone in the company either driver or in house is stealing the rewards before the customers can do it.
