The delivery guy was kinda sketch he took a picture of my debit card with the numbers showing and he didn’t want to delete the picture at first and his demeanor was sus like if someone was after all and all I got my goods and would recommend this place to others

Ordered at about 4:00pm with no updates until 6:00pm. Called and was told that I would, guaranteed, be getting my order that night, but they were waiting for more in my area to call. Hours pass. No update. Called at like 9pm to tell me they aren't delivering to me. Don't bother with them, just call somewhere else that actually gives a single s*** about their customers or product.

Best delivery place in the east bay!!

Trees has to be one of the best delivery services in the east bay!! They are always so fast and friendly. I order from them all the time. This week I had the worst luck with a disposable vape pen and they immediately apologized and replaced it for a different product! Then the cartridge that I changed for completely broke in my purse. I was not expecting them to replace it since this was twice in just one week. But when I called to place my new order for 2 carts I mentioned what had happened. The guy immediately apologized and said he would have the driver show me one of there new batteries. When I got my delivery they gave me a complimentary cartridge and 2 batteries to try. Have to say I’m shocked at how much they value there customer!! I will continue to order from them and appreciate their service!! Vanessa R

I've been using Trees now for over 2 years and can honestly say they are the best in the valley. Consistent, professional and courteous. My recent order had a bit of a mishap (only problem ever!) where an item was missing, after 2 minutes on the phone, dispatch had my driver call me, update me on the time of arrival and they even tossed in a few freebies for the inconvenience. HUGE selection, buds and extracts are top shelf. Even the budget/deal buds are quality, not like the sticks and stems you find other places. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed. - KM

Seeing that the business closed at 10 pm, I was hesitant to call because it was already a couple of minutes after 9. The girl on the phone was incredibly friendly. Reassuring me and letting me know "of course they could take care of me. while she walked me through a sign up process that took maybe 2 minutes. Within 30 minutes of that, Bill had showed up with my delivery. It was all handled very professionally. I didn't have to worry about anyone sketchy coming around my neighborhood. All That AND my smoke was just as I liked it!?!? Thanks Trees, I'll definitely be back!
