Yesterday 9/14 i ordered wax concentrate. 3 of them and you guys replaced them with 2 others that i thought were wax as well but they were keef balls or hash balls thats not what i ordered and for like 70 dollars or so I wont be ordering again.

Hello ,Sorry You Didn’t Like The Product You Ordered. Also You Never asked about the product prior to ordering , The product you did order is in the concentrate category but definitely not wax! We would have told you it is not a wax if you would have asked that! You ordered Kief , the product also says kief in the title and description nothing stating wax. I do remember talking to you and saying kief so hopefully for future reference you understand the difference between kief and wax concentrates. Sorry you feel the need to leave a 1 star review

For the past week my order has been the same after taxes 28.00 flat today he charged me 35$ an an kept my change saying they receipt machine wasn’t working didn’t notice till my bank sent alert of the total purchase an to make it worst can’t smoke cause this order has mold

I pulled the transaction and here’s the breakdown card service rounds up in $5 increments your order charge was $30 and machine charge of $3.50 bringing total to $33.50 your bank may charge a fee also but our total charge was $33.50 and you should’ve gotten $4 change I’ll credit your account $4 not sure if you put that on a tip for driver or not but it’s in your notes as credited. Our other driver S may have given you an added discount ! Next time there is a discrepancy please just reach out and give us the opportunity to correct the situation. Hope this helps thanks
