Last time I ordered from them, it took 4hours to get delivered to me. I placed that order at 8am/ as soon as it said it was open but, didnt get my order until almost 1pm. Today, I wanted to see if it would happen again. It was saying "packing order" for 2hrs so, it likely would've taken 4+ hrs again. I could've eaten, showered, and drove to a dispensary all before it stopped saying "packing order". I couldve drove to Poway or Chula Vista in that time and gotten the 1 carts for cheaper and still wouldve got home before the "packing orders" was finished.

The manager keep changing the delivery time and never show up. Can never contact the office bc only forward to the voice mail. After changed twice on my delivery time. The guy texted me will be there at 3:30. So I waited another 2 hours, then this guy disappeared again

The last 3 times my boyfriend and I have ordered from here, it’s taken over 4 hours with no communication or updates. Today, my boyfriend ordered, it took again over 4 hours AND they sent the wrong strain. Ordered an indica and got a sativa. The correspondence received was “sorry we didn’t have the strain you ordered”. Communication sucks and why tf would you send a completely different strain without confirming with the customer first. Careless and horrible service
