First time ordering. Bought two 7g bags (14g total). Once I got back to my apartment, I realized I only received 10.5g, so I had to call them to drop off the rest the next day. On top of this, they texted me as they were on the way to drop off the rest of my order, asking for a review to "receive a reward," which was a pre-roll. It would have been nice customer service to have been offered one for the inconvenience, not for leaving a review. I'll see how they do next order.
