I want to note that this 1-star rating reflects only one driver, not the entire company. This was my preferred delivery service, and past experiences with other drivers at this location were always great and friendly. Unfortunately, my last delivery was handled by a new driver who was unprovoked, inappropriate, and offensive. I shared screenshots of our text exchange with customer service, but I have not received a response. I am truly disappointed to lose a service I once trusted.
