Dropped the ball
Ordered to pay with my debit card. After waiting 3+ hours for delivery the driver showed up telling me the debit card is down and they are accepting cash only. I chose debit card payment option. I should have been told before. Then the driver asked if I could go to the ATM when I was busy at work. Now I don’t have my medication. Just irritating

We were sending out messages to customers before hand letting them know about this but yours must have slipped through the cracks and for that we do apologize!
