I placed an order over $50 in total and the order said it’d take 30-60 minutes to deliver. I waited over an hour and the store closed and I never got my order. It still says they’re “packing” my order. I never got a phone call stating that it’d be delivered the next day or that I wouldn’t be getting my order so I’m very dissatisfied and unhappy about the lack of communication in this regard.

I had a really disappointing experience with this dispensary. The staff seemed more focused on making a sale than actually helping me. I was given misleading information about the products and what I’d receive with my purchase, when I asked for clarification, I got answers that turned out to be untrue once the sale was done. It’s really frustrating to deal with a place that lies just to push a purchase, especially when customers rely on accurate information about what they’re buying. The lack of honesty and professionalism was obvious, and it completely ruined the experience for me. I won’t be returning, and I don’t recommend this dispensary to anyone who expects transparency, good service, and honest communication.
