placed my order at 10:30 pm, never got a confirmation text from my driver, so i called 2.5 hours later at 1AM bc i get it was a saturday so it was gonna be busy and these services usually take around 3 hours anyways. they say my driver has my order and i should get a text soon, an hour goes by and still no text. i call again at 2AM and i get told the same thing so i request to cancel my order they say no problem i say no problem its all good. come 2 hours later at 3:53 AM i get a text "this is your driver be there in 10 mins" along with 2 missed calls (i was asleep it was almost 4 AM and my order was cancelled) yall need better communication overall.

This place is wildly unprofessional I placed and order at 8:30pm and was told they needed time for more drivers to provide delivery. I requested in update at 9:30, still no eta. I requested to cancel my order at 10:30 & then at 3:30 am someone blowing up my phone saying they are at my home to deliver!! When I reached out to the owner he offered me a $9 discount & excuses.

took a long time which is usually ok since i ordered at 9pm an hour before they closed but it didn't get delivered till 12:15am. driver was rude. the text says they accept venmo but when i said i was going to pay with venmo he got all annoyed?? nikola sorry ur job sucks man, but that's not on me. budzilla u need more drivers before closing if it's going to overwork your drivers and cause them to take over 2 hours on last call
