First time and last time customer. Poor communication. Extremely long delivery (right at 120 min) zero soft skills on the phone when calling & in person. Strong poor hygiene smell emitting from vehicle, I had to step back for a moment & turn my head for a clean breath. Probably the worst delivery experience. I never write reviews, and haven’t written one in here since 2008. There should be some bare minimum basic business expectations.

The person who answers the phone needs to be retrained or replaced. She hung up on me, and when I called back, she said she’d call me with the driver’s ETA — but never did. That’s extremely unprofessional and dishonest. Please consider finding more reliable and respectful staff to handle calls.
