After waiting an extended period into the late-night hours, I received a call from the driver at approximately 2:28 AM. The driver was operating a white Toyota Camry. During this call, I asked for the driver's name to verify their identity for my own safety. The driver became immediately hostile, stating that I was asking "21 questions," and deliberately disconnected the line. He then refused to complete the delivery despite being only minutes away. I spoke with the manager, Max, who informed me that the driver claimed he was "in fear for his safety." This is a blatant fabrication used to mask the driver's unprofessionalism and frustration with basic identity verification. • Unprofessional Conduct: Using "safety" as a false pretext to cancel an order after verbal hostility from the driver. • Failure to Provide Service: Arbitrarily canceling a confirmed order (#45514033) while in the immediate vicinity of the delivery address.
