My experience with this service has been consistently disappointing. While their prices are competitive and the payment process is convenient, the level of organization and customer service is extremely poor. On multiple occasions, I waited over two hours just for my order to be dispatched. In other cases, I placed an order and received no response at all. The lack of communication and coordination makes the process frustrating and unreliable. Throughout these interactions, I remained courteous and patient in hopes of resolving the situation smoothly, but unfortunately that did not improve the outcome. At one point, after an extended wait, I was told a complimentary item would be included as a gesture for the delay. However, when the order arrived, it was not included. Overall, the service has proven to be highly unreliable, with delivery times ranging anywhere from two to four hours, and sometimes no response at all.
