Ordered around 11:15pm and didn’t get my order till 1:15 am I’m pretty understanding but why give people the assumption that you’ll fulfill orders in 30-60 min if it might take up to an extra hour. Driver also drove off before I could check my bag to confirm the orders correct and ask for the free joint I was promised with the discount, he did give me a free joint though as compensation for the wait. Wax in the carts might come a bit dark from sitting around. Overall not the best experience but i guess it can be excused given I ordered towards the end of the night.

Horrible service

Waited 3 hours only for my order to be ignored and met with rude customer service when calling for an eta which I never got, was told my order would be completed an hour before closing and of course it did not happen. Worst experience I’ve had. Worse than a plug

Bad service

Do NOT believe any of their fake 5 star comments!!! I waited 2 hours, I called within an hour in and asked for an update. Called 3 times because they were not picking up until someone answered the phone. The guy on the phone said it’ll take about another hour to get my delivery which was gonna be at 2:am (when they close). It was 2:10am when I got a message from the delivery driver. In the message it said it’ll take another hour to get my order and the eta would be 3:15am…..I PLACED THE ORDER AT 12:am Do not order from here very horrible service
