Nadine ruined the experience for us. This was our first time shopping here bc Frosty and Kush Connection are both shut down. We were looking for a new permanent place, and boy this definitely isn't it. They called us to let us know that the driver would be on his way shortly, but neglected to mention limited payment options. When the driver arrived I tried to use my debit card, not a credit card, a debit card but was told they could not accept this form of payment at the moment. They should have told us this when they called but they did not. The driver called Nadine who straight up lied and said I said I would be paying with Zelle. 100% a lie bc my bank doesn't work with Zelle AND I dont have space for any apps on my phone bc my memory has been at 99% for months. Not only did she lie, but she straight up tried to argue with us while rejecting payment. We order 4 to 5 times a week, so we were definitely the wrong customers to lose over her pride and incompetence. SMH.
