Delivery process stinks
I order through weedmaps and off their menu there. I have never received what I ordered. They also neglect to mention the $20 delivery fee until they call you. I am one that has a VERY hard time leaving my home, that's why I use the service. Too bad I'll be using other dispensaries to assist me with my disability. Let me end with, the people I speak to are always very nice and accommodating, they need a little leadership to get the process right, but always nice.

False advertising, non communication, misleading
I placed an order well over a $100 at 8:30pm, I called at 8:50 to make sure I’d get my order tonight. The guy who answered said I would definitely get it and somebody would be calling shortly. 40 min later I got a call saying they were not doing deliveries tonight even though I had confirmed I would get my order tonight. Now it’s too late to try and get a delivery from another dispensary. THANKS FOR EFFING UP MY SUNDAY NIGHT

Delivery is not free. No where does it state that based on the location that they can charge a fee.

We only charge for deliveries that are more than 10 miles away. Weedmaps doesn't let us set based off location. sorry for the inconvenience! Our Products are so affordable even after the fee it will be cheaper than any other delivery service!

I ordered my delivery an hour and a half Before y’all Closed and 10 mins before you closed the shop canceled my order? Sorta pissed because I stayed up for my order,just to get canceled on? Whackkk

$20 Delivery Fee???
I ordered a couple hundred dollars worth of product only to get a call much later to confirm the order and that's when they mentioned the $20 fee. I told her to cancel the order and she sounded relieved and didn't care. I am disabled, which is one of the reasons I use delivery. Won't be ordering here again. BTW - I am a very good tipper, but I would definitely take the "fee" into account before tipping.

Definitely false advertising!!
If Weedmaps doesn't let a location decide if there's a fee or not then I wouldn't use Weedmaps that's common sense! My order showed it was being packaged And I didn't have any Extra fees for delivery and it didn't State anything about 10 miles or over they said 30 to 45 minutes after 2 hours I called and was told about the delivery fee and when I said to cancel it I got hung up on! I wouldn't even have left a one-star review but I can't go all the way down to zero
