I really enjoy ordering from this dispensary since they are often friendly and have outstanding deals. However, on a couple different occasions I have placed delivery orders before closing at 10pm and have not received them. I tried calling multiple times but was unsuccessful. At first, the phone kept ringing, and then eventually they were turned off and went to voicemail. I would like to order in the future again, but this is getting frustrating. I didnāt have cash on me at the time either so I drove out to an ATM just to not even receive my order. Slightly disappointed. This is the only reason why I cannot give 5 stars.

You ordered a delivery at 9:55 PM, we close at 10pm. Per Maine State law all Cannabis delivery services can not operate between the hours of 10pm and 7am. We have posted in the about us section of our page and explained this to you. We do take any orders placed after 9:30pm. This is not just our policy but it's the law.

We called you multiple times, texted you, emailed you, and messaged you on weedmaps, we even tried to call the hotel you were in. Your order was 37 miles away and you were unreachable to confirm the delivery fee. When you called us from a different number 45 minutes later, less than 30 minutes before we closed, you were rude and belligerent. You've been reported and banned from our store for your rude, incompetent and unintelligible behavior.
