Which, first time ordering delivery! Not as fun as going to the shop to talk with the bud tenders but the girl was super sweet and kind! Loved it!

It's always a problem with these guys. They say one thing and do another. No matter how many times you order from them, something is always messed up. Whether it is the pricing, policy, or product. Today I set up a delivery, purchased my product, verified the order with this vendor, waited for the delivery. Driver shows up with the wrong product, later it was discovered that the shop didnt even have the product ordered. The shop blames it on W-Maps, saying that maps changed my order. BS..., AO, your staff verified the order! And when asked about compensation for the customer inconveniences, the reponse was "we will bring the driver right back and sub you out with an inferior option". Never trust a shop that does not have its own dedicated website. Management has zero accountability for their errors, always some magical excuse for why their mistakes are never their fault. There are many other vendors out there, that actually care about their customer base. Do not support this business!
