I only have problems with delivery driver’s, when you write your instructions on telling them to come to the door, they don’t wanna come to the door they make you come downstairs to their car, be like I’m just a driver so if drivers don’t want to come to the door like I instruct them to do so then they won’t get a tip but my order does come right.

Customer Service was shaky, but it was worth it!

The products were excellent and I love everything I ordered. I had one slight issue with customer service when it came to delivery. I guess I didn’t read all the way and didn’t know that the minimum requirement for my “area” (natomas) to be exact was higher then the minimum advertised on their homepage. On their home page it says the minimum is “50”, but I guess you have to click into “Details” to know what area you are in and my minimum was “$80”. So that was the first mix up! Second mix up was the delivery guy not wanting to come to my door & we had an unexpected problem with him bringing it to my door because per according to their policy for delivery drivers they are not allowed to come to people’s front door (at night) if you live in an apartment. So me and the delivery guy was going back and forth and I was feeling discouraged about purchasing from this company. But! 🤩 They fixed it! And was nice about it! I got my products & I will be ordering from them again! 🙌🏾🥰😅😀thank you!

Uncle Mac’s concentrates (fresh press, rosin badders, and hash) is always on point (checks every box), Uncle Mac’s Garlic Juice is some of the strongest stuff I’ve smoked 💪💨 and Holy Water is always super high quality, I don’t always use live resin but they got it down! HW rosin is some of the best I’ve tried as well

too many seeds

the flower had seeds and took alot of the weight, therefore it smoked wit a harsh pop when a seed was missed. So the next time I spent extra hoping to not have that issue. I then ended up with dusty style flower after using my grinder. descriptions should state if seeds are present.
