Disappointed in the carts

Update: new product is great and their customer service was 5 star! I got 5 carts with their deal and every single one of them had bubbles all through them, especially around the coils.

We are sad to see you had an unhappy experience with us and our product. The carts you purchased should not have had bubbles and are extremely high quality, actually the distillate was the highest testing distillate we have had for our carts. The lab testing was 98.7 percent which was super high. Normally we test in the low 90s which is great. Our terrapins were the only additive as we use pure distillate and no cut whatsoever. The distillate was super hard to work with and if there were bubbles, we will replace all of them for you and provide new ones. Customer service is super important to us, and we take it very seriously. In addition to replacing all the carts we are going to give you a $30 FREE GIFT kind pen battery to use to vape the carts. We have had great reviews on our carts, and they are one of our most popular sellers. The only complaint we ever have on our carts usually stems back to the battery the customer is using. The oil is super thick and sometimes cheaper batteries will have issues leading the customer to believe it is the carts. So please call us to set up a delivery where we can replace ALL OF THE CARTS AT NO CHARGE AND GIVE YOU A FREE KIND PEN BATTERY TO USE TO VAPE. Great service every time! I ordered a lemon cherry gelato infused pre roll and they were all out, but it was replaced with Apple Fritter which is my all time favorite strain! Thank you so much!!!

What can I say?? Freaking awesome place

On the third, I gave these folks at 420 Deliveries another go. They got back to me right away to let me know what was happening down there and to give me an estimated time of arrival. In actuality, the driver arrived earlier than anticipated. I sampled a few of their edibles this time, and my friend and I were rather pleased. I've formally located where I want to go.
