Staff was very polite. Had a problem with my order. Fixed it, and called to make sure it would still be delivered. Hours later, they called back to tell me they had no driver's, and my order, now 6 hours old, couldn't be completed. Should've went to Cherry instead. Have never had the delivery service actually deliver on the same day.
