We cultivate less than a quarter acre, divided among terraces throughout our 300-acre property. On a mountain top, bordering tens of thousands of acres of timberland, this variety of small garden locations allows us to access localized microclimates. We draw on these natural variations to cater to the growing preferences of different cultivars throughout the season. Our flowers grow just above the fog line. All our cultivation is done in living, organic soil. We source inputs as locally as possible without compromising on quality. For pest management, we use beneficial insects as our primary mode of control. No sprays of any type are used during the flowering cycle of our plants.
