Sputnik Sauce Concentrates

Sputnik sauce, also called terp sauce, is a solvent-extracted cannabis concentrate made up of solid THCA crystals suspended in a terpene-rich liquid known as HTE (high terpene extract). The result is a thick, syrupy texture with visible crystals.

When made from fresh-frozen cannabis, Sputnik sauce is called live resin sauce and is known for its rich aroma and pronounced flavor. Cured sauce, made from dried cannabis flower, is also common.

Consumers typically dab Sputnik sauce on a low-temperature dab rig, but it can also be vaporized in a concentrate-compatible vape or added to bowls and joints. When shopping, consumers should check the strain, starting material (live resin or cured), and lab testing info on the package. Store sauce in an airtight container, away from heat and light.
