Everybody loves chocolate — maybe that’s why there are four breeders who claim to have crossed O.G. Chocolate Thai and Cannalope Haze to bring you the sativa-dominant Chocolate Haze strain. Breeders Anesia Seeds, Zativo, Royal Queen Seeds, and Zamnesia have each created this sativa-dominant hybrid at one point, speaking to the strain’s popularity and appeal. The resinous, trichome-crusted green and purple flower produces rich chocolate notes with subtle hints of fruit and nuts. This dessert-like strain’s high is just as appetizing — users report feeling upbeat, blissful, and tranquil. Chocolate Haze’s THC content sits at around 20%, making it a good option for most cannabis users. If you’re a newer cannabis user, don’t overindulge — you might end up in a cocoa coma.
