When I first walked into 28 Graham's I was welcomed by a very friendly security representative that made a light-hearted joke and scanned my id. Next, I was able to sign up for a loyalty program where every 15 visits I can redeem a 15% discount. Once I was assigned a bud tender I was welcomed by an incredibly charismatic young man, Daniel. He welcomed me with a friendly fist bump and introduced the premier products, once I shared my budget he adjusted the stock and showed me some very cost-effective buds. I was very impressed with the quality, while the top shelf is very tasty, I find myself gravitating to the mid-tier ounces, especially on Friday! (there's a discount) Daniel is simply one of the many genuinely kind bund tenders at 28 Graham's. I strongly recommend trying them out, the shop builds connections with their loyal customers and that is something you don't find very often.

There’s potential, but there’s work to be done
They need to lower their prices or get better quality product for the prices that they charge. This is just down the street from my house, but I still go out to WoW for my stuff because the few times that I’ve gone here, it was disappointing. I got the same stuff in Tacoma for almost $50 less. That’s too much of a mark-up. And they definitely need to train their employees better because they don’t seem to know anything about marijuana at all. I hope they can get better, I’ll keep checking.

Poor selection
Came in looking for Airopro cartridges. These are very common and popular but they didn’t carry them? I guess if you want to smoke some bunk carts with nasty additives, you have your pick here. Prices also seem way too high compared to other shops in Puyallup. I’ll just take my money there. Thanks anyway.
