Welcome to The Baked Chicken Farm – a family-owned and operated cannabis grow facility in southern New Mexico. Our journey began when we transformed a 210-acre former chicken egg farm into a state-of-the-art cannabis grow facility in 2021!

The Baked Chicken Farm name is a nod to our property's history as a chicken farm before it became a cannabis cultivation facility. Our property has become a landmark location for the burgeoning cannabis industry in southern New Mexico.
