Gelato helped define modern dessert flower through creamy fruit flavor and reported euphoric relaxation. The original Sunset Sherbet × Thin Mint GSC family includes distinct numbered cuts, while later seed offerings may use a different recipe. The selection matters as much as the name.

Parents: Sherbet, Thin Mint (Thin Mint GSC)

Effects: Relaxed, Happy, Uplifted, Energetic, Euphoric, Focused, Creative

Flavors: Berry, Diesel, Earthy, Citrus, Sweet, Woody

Description:

A refined form of our persy rosin. Made from our best water hash into a shelf-stable consistency. Store at room temp, and in the fridge long term. Dab between 480 – 530°F.

The cultivar was especially fun to pheno hunt. It was very heterozygous and featured flavors from all over the spectrum. We selected a sweet, sugary citrus with a nice, gassy Gelato backend.
