I have supported this dispensary since they opened. Will never spend another dime with them. An employee spread a rumor that was 100% untrue about my personal life. Don't know why, but completely innapropriate. I am a patient, this is a medical facility. My private life (especially a lie) should not be spoken about to employees and patients. UNPROFESSIONAL AND A VIOLATION OF MY PRIVACY. Don't go here if you respect your self. Apparently I'm not the only patient that this has happened to.

I live about 2.5 hours away in Salisbury and I like to venture out and find new dispensaries from time to time. so far I have gone to 18 and Re-leaf is on my top 3. Their staff are not only incredibly knowledgable, but they all took the time to join in the conversation since I happened to be the only patient there at the time. I was comfortable be all 3 budrenders that I met (my anxiety is always through the roof with new people and places). it is rare for me to walk into a dispensary first time and be comfortable. Re-leaf provided not only great customer service, but knowledge of products and terpenes, not just "high thc" levels. they dont just push the newest, priciest stuff. ON TOP of all that, they have a big, open facility which makes personal space easy. most of the dispensaries are tiny and closed in. for anyone who is looking to venture out and try a new pharmacy, re-leaf is the place to go if you want to set your standards high and learn the best meds for your condition.

I have to dispute a horrible 1 star review against hi tide that I just read. for any new patients, complaints about prices for all 4 dispensaries on the Eastern Shore has nothing to do with hi tide itself. I have been loyal customer since they opened. Hi tide has AMAZING staff and they have super good specials more often then not. They will stop what they are doing to accommodate EVERYBODY, whether it be a patient or just a customer checking out the store. also, if you bring a valid state id or drivers license, you have to option to go back to the pharmacy part and learn about the program and the different medications. nobody else offers that. ALSO, they are the only dispensary on this part of the eastern shore that is open 7 DAYS A WEEK and SOME HOLIDAYS. I drive from salisbury to hi tide 7 days a week (sometimes twice a day) because they have the BEST customer service and knowledge that I have thus far experienced in maryland. check out hi tide, it's worth it!

Even though I live in Salisbury right near a dispensary, I always take the drive to Hi-tides. It's totally worth it. The staff is extremely knowledgable and the owner always tries to make himself available for all questions and concerns. Even though it is considered a private establishment, they always let my service dog in with me. I am always greeted with a smile. These guys all make sure that they develop great rapports with all of the patients. It feels great to walk in and hear "hey Kait." I dont even remember a lot of their names lol (sorry guys). It's also really neat that they have a store in the dispensary in which anybody can walk into and shop at. My fiance and roommate love coming with me to hi-tides because even though they are not patients, they dont have to wait in the car and they converse with the staff also and receive the same amazing friendliness and respect that they give patients. Love ya guys!!! You definitely solidified me as a customer!
