All state and mask mandates have been lifted, specific store policies aside. The security guard said I was wrong, there is a mandate still in place. To say he was demeaning and was abusing his power as gatekeeper is an understatement. After speaking with Sierra, she assured me that there is no mandate and if you answer some health questions at the door you are more than welcome to make your own decision about whether or not to wear a mask. Sierra was amazing. Professional, so nice and gave me extremely useful information. Ohana continues to kill it in the customer service game! (all other experiences with other guards have always been pleasant)

Came after work and saw the regular person who always fills my orders (his name is slipping my mind at the moment), he is always the best and addressed a concern I had perfectly. After paying for my order I had a question about my battery and the person who cashed me out directed me to Victor who was awesome! Very knowledgable, answered all my questions and his suggestion for me solved my issue completely! The only thing that ever deters me from placing an order here is if I don't have an active coupon I can use, just too pricey.

Gave me an old display cartridge, it was the middle of July giving me a cartridge packaged in November. It was dark yellow, almost brown and tasted horrible. Shouldn't sell your display items since I'm guessing you don't know how long they've been there. **EDIT** Will is awesome! He called me personally when he saw my review and stayed in close contact with me until I not only got new product but also ensured that I was happy with it. Great customer service and won't ever have an issue asking for a solution again! EBK OG is great product.
