while I was at another dispensary due to you guys being out of what really help, a lady walked who just came from her Dr. she had specific needs that she needed due to medical issues. The people behind the counter did not have the same knowledge as your staff does. they just went through the list of what they offered without explaining anything to her. Your staff Zen is awesome. They are very informative about the products you offer, from my many times there. I went in for the first time since they have open. the service I received from Alex went over and beyond. he knew his cannabis and the vast amount of product knowledge was impressive. in the end I walked away with 3 different products all of which where on sale. BONUS. I will be back, thanks agian
