Doesn't notify you when pickup is ready or how long it will take. Once I got to the store an hour and a half after placing the order and not receiving any messages I was informed the product I ordered wasnt in stock anymore. Why did I need to come in to the location to be notified of that? Not only that but the substitute option as more costly and significantly less THC content. Its kind of a bait and switch deal as this isnt the 1st time ive not been able to receive what ive ordered. As well as I waited an hour an a half for a basic txt to say its ready for pickup. Poor communication and poor customer service.
