Iv actually never heard that about our joints. Believe it or not its more difficult than you think, we produce an insanely large amount of joints, in fact all hand rolled. We tried our best to keep the consistency high but every once in a while I believe a few get through. Please let us know if this ever happens to you, the managers are always there to help.
