It's really sad to see so much dry crumbling flower, after every purchase. No matter what I got, it smelled like reggies. I don't want to pay close to $100 just to smoke something incredibly dry and tastes gross and old. They're getting their money as they keep old flower on their shelves. I had this same problem with their medical dispensary too. The ole switch around.

I've been going to dispensaries since 2010 and Burn is a game changer. From location to quality to price to even how their products are displayed and kept. I've never asked about wax or batter and to be walked over to a refrigerator keeping everything good. I was simply impressed, from the moment I walked in to the moment I took my first dab. But tbh, the quality of their flower beats out a lot of other chain dispensaries.

I REALLY didn't want to do this here, in these reviews but the phone number either doesn't work or y'all don't like phone calls. I started at 8pm, all it did was ring then hang up. I've been coming here for over 2 yrs and only here. I have HAD very positive experiences with product quality throughout these years until my last two visits. And being that I'm short on money due fracturing my ankle and foot. Frankly after today's visit I'm downright enraged, and won't ever be returning after I bought the same flower twice, unknowingly because they played them off as completely different strains. I still had a gram left of Sweet Island Skunk, so when I bought Dairy Queen to see the exact same flower that was completely soft and fluffy when I was told it wasn't. And the fact its FULL of the very same tiny white seeds I saw all in the Sweet Island Skunk, I'm frankly shaking. I'm that angry. Because they're now selling me bottom shelf quality at top shelf prices. Unacceptable.
