I visited this dispensary Aug. 30 and it was cool. The staff was friendly. Today I decided to use the delivery service. Delivery ordering begins @ 9am. After you place your order you are given the option of a timeframe you want for your delivery. I placed my order at 9:15am, I did a timeframe from 9-11am because I have to be to work by 1pm. I checked the status of my order at 10:45am and it said “out for delivery. keep an eye out for our driver” By 11:30am my order was not here. I called the dispensary at 11:55am. I was told the delivery guys JUST arrived and it will take them about a hour to an hour and a half to process my order. What is the point of online delivery and the option of picking your timeframe if it doesn’t even matter? A phone call would‘ve been nice explaining the delay. But Euphoria also needs to fix their system. My order can’t be out for delivery if the drivers did not arrive to work until 11:55am...then my order was rejected w/o a phone call. I had to call. Sad

Visited Haven today for the first time. The staff was very cool and knowledgeable. They were patient with me 😂 (I felt a little overwhelmed by the menu but they were still nice and cool) Small and intimate but hip. I would go again 💯

My appt was today with Dr. Vernicia Edmond and she was amazing! I loved that we could both expand on chakras, energy, meditation, etc. She informed me of new ways to take care of myself, mentally and physically.The entire staff was super nice and the ambiance is bomb! This is the place to go if you want outstanding customer service and genuine care.
