Good Afternoon, we are sorry to hear about your Halloween experience in our shop and would love nothing more then to make this right with you. Pacific Stone is our hottest brand in shop and with their success in our shop comes moments where we are sold out of certain strains. We have placed a very hefty order and will continue doing so... The tax rate is explained and broken down on our page and like yourself we also disagree with it but to stay compliant and continue servicing Long Beach, we will continue obiding by the city and state with the current tax %'s. In Long Beach, we are blessed with a great community group called the LBCA that informs our city of upcoming elections and opportunities for us to vote to lower city tax rate and make our voices heard within the community in more areas then just Cannabis.
