I understand that things can be substituted if items I ordered are not available. In this case I ordered a drink and was given a syrup. Usually they would swap for something close right then and there as it’s happened before. Today a new rule was enforced stating that they’re not allowed to substitute more than what they originally chose. Again we’ve done that before, it’s fine. Just not a fan of the new rule of if they don’t have it, you must take what they give you, or it’s the back of the line. Canceled this order.
