I was once a loyal customer to catalyst and I won't be returning. Bought a defective product from them, store branded item, half the item works correctly after 3 days. Following there guidelines of returning an item within 7 days, the out right refusal to replace it by management. I will find my items elsewhere.

Arrived half broken and works okay
While this device seems convenient please stay away from it. Mine arrived with a broken and clogged atomizer. Went to clean it with alcohol and a qtip. The mesh quartz internal piece shattered out of the atomizer. Went back to exchange with in 3 days of purchase and was told they will not do anything. When it does work it does not blow clouds and you will get a better hit from a cart.

Product and security
All of your wax jars are not full grams .85 on you of your own products. Also your security guards are a joke,and doing shady practices,and when confronted the b itch hides and gets the other guard to do his dirty work. I feel sorry for him, being such a pu$$y. You can make a grown up decision, handle the outcome.

2nd chances are awesome
Had to try them again and was surprised at the change that took place since my last trip. BOGOs on concentrates and now BOGOs on 8th jars, stiiizy items though. In and out on great time with a constant selection.

Empty for a reason
Please included all pricing in weedmaps to make this more clear for everyone. Your manger was a joke as well. Customer service is key and if this keeps up have fun leaving. Edit below on 5/17 12 days is a JOKE! Furthermore there are plenty of local shops that show the "out the door" prices on here. Stop being lazy and do the work correctly. Anit no one have time to email your incompetence and inexperienced management. Your complacency is evident. You shouldn't need another opportunity to make a first impression
